Ingredients

  • 600 g of cheddar
  • 4 flounder fillets
  • 4 tablespoons of mustard
  • 15 cl of amber beer from the North
  • 4 to 6 slices of white bread
  • Pepper

Preparation

Fillet the flounder. Preheat your oven to the broil setting.

In a saucepan, melt the mustard, cheddar cheese, and half of the amber beer.

Soak the slices of bread in the remaining beer, then place them in small ramekins. Layer the flounder fillets on top, followed by the melted cheddar, and season with pepper. Bake until golden brown for 5 minutes, and it’s ready!
