- 200 g of sole fillets
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- Heavy cream, 100 g
- 1 bunch of watercress
- 20 blinis
- 1 candied lemon
- 250 g mascarpone

Preparation of the savarins - Blend the sole fillet with the eggs, cream, and watercress, then season. Bake in savarin molds and turn out.

Candied Lemon Mascarpone Cream - Chop the candied lemon and mix it with the mascarpone.

Preparation - Place the mini savarins on top of the blinis. Spread the lemon mascarpone cream over the mini savarins. Enjoy!
