Ingredients

  • 500 g sea bream fillets
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 30 cl of heavy cream
  • 30 g butter - Grated Emmental cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic - Parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into pieces. Place them in a large pot of water and cook for about 25 minutes (check for doneness with the tip of a knife).

Melt the butter in a large saucepan, then add the chopped potatoes, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Pour in the cream and add the sea bream fillets, then cover. Let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

Preheat the oven to broil.

Mash with a potato masher or fork, then stir. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with Emmental cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
