Ingredients
- 350 g of mullet fillets
- 15 cl lime juice
- Chili pepper
- Chopped scallions
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
- Shredded palm heart
- Radish slices
- Croutons made from white bread

Cut the mullet fillets into cubes and soak them in lime juice for 6 minutes.

Drain and add the chili pepper, chopped scallions, olive oil, and fleur de sel.

Combine the shredded palm heart and radish with the red mullet fillets.

Before serving, add the bread croutons. Enjoy!
