The Terroirs Festival & Seafood Expo Barcelona

6 May 2026

Festival des Terroirs

From April 15 to 16, Mr.Goodfish attended the Festival des Terroirs: a competition highlighting innovative approaches and products with a social and environmental focus, organized by the Association Le Tour des Terroirs.

This year, Mr.Goodfish and the Association decided to partner up and share their passion for working with seasonal seafood.
We co-hosted a roundtable discussion titled “Good for the Sea, Good for You” – How to balance fishing with responsible seafood consumption.
It was a pleasure to discuss this topic alongside Jean-Luc VIANEY, a Mr.Goodfish member and Meilleur Ouvrier de France in the fishmonger, shellfish preparer, and caterer category.
We also thank Chef Kevin GOURRET, who masterfully prepared the Mediterranean gilthead sea bream—from Mr.Goodfish, of course!

Seafood Expo Barcelona

The team also attended Seafood Expo in Barcelona at the end of April. We had the opportunity to reconnect with several partners and meet new ones. The meetings focused on aquaculture specifications proved to be extremely constructive. Ideas and knowledge were exchanged and shared.
