- 600 g of shrimp
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 5 limes
- 1 orange
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- Salt
- Pepper

Peel the cooked shrimp and place them in a bowl.

Peel the onion and chop it finely. Wash the tomatoes and dice them into small cubes. Chop the cilantro. Add everything to the bowl with the shrimp.

Squeeze the juice from the lemons and orange, add the ketchup, and mix everything together in the bowl.

Season everything with salt and pepper.
