Workshop on Malnutrition by Euro-Toques

6 May 2026

Mr.Goodfish is partnering with chefs' associations!

On July 4, we had the pleasure of participating in a workshop organized by our partner Euro-Toques on the topic of malnutrition.

Chaired by Chef Christian TETEDOIE, the goal was to discuss and propose ideas to combat this scourge affecting the population, particularly in nursing homes and hospitals. The project’s objective is to restore the desire to eat good meals, adapted to this type of dining setting while maintaining the nutritional qualities necessary for a specific audience: the sick or the elderly.

This is a story to watch, but our hearts are already fully committed to this wonderful, widely recognized initiative.
