“Rigollet was founded in 2008, and ever since its inception, I have been committed to selling seasonal products sourced through responsible fishing practices. I source my products from fish wholesalers dedicated to eco-responsible practices that promote sustainable fishing techniques used in French artisanal fisheries. I also ensure exemplary traceability for all of my products. Nature has designed the seasons; it is up to us to respect them and teach consumers to do the same.
My commitment to the environment, the economy, and quality has earned me an award of excellence from Poissonniers De France. It is up to us, as local fishmongers, to shape the future of consumption and not to take the easy route of sourcing from unsustainable fishing practices. »
