Le Portel Food Fair and Serbotel

6 May 2026

On the weekend of October 14 and 15, we were at the Salon Terre Mer in Le Portel. Chef Solène Elliott, the event’s patron, was in attendance alongside regional chefs and exhibitors who highlighted local heritage and gastronomy through fish-filleting demonstrations, wine-tasting workshops, food processing sessions, and cooking shows.

On October 22, 23, and 24, the team attended Serbotel in Nantes. Organized every two years since 1985 by Exponantes, the Serbotel trade show has established itself as a must-attend event for professionals in the food service, baking and pastry, hospitality, and restaurant industries.
