Consumer nudging toolkit 

This toolkit helps seafood consumers understand why some species are better choices than others, and how to find and choose them in real-world situations—supermarkets, fish counters, restaurants and canteens. Rather than a list of rules, it uses seasonal recommendations, simple decision tools and stories from across Europe to show that sustainable seafood is affordable, delicious and within reach. The toolkit was developed by Three o’clock in collaboration with pilot partners Nordnorsk Vitensenter (NNV) in Norway, the Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute (CMMI) in Cyprus, and Nausicaá, Centre National de la Mer in France.
