This year, the Fête de la Gastronomie took on a new form and became “Goût de France/Good France.” Organized by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, this event showcased French gastronomy both nationally and internationally, with a special focus on “Sustainable Development through Responsible Gastronomy and Chefs’ Commitment to Preserving the Planet.”
On Saturday, March 23, 2019, Olivier BRULIN, chef at the restaurant “Les petites cocottes” in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, and Adrien DEMAMETZ, both members of the National Academy of Cuisine, raised awareness among visitors to Nausicaá about responsible seafood cuisine and consumption. Visitors to the National Sea Center were able to sample grey sea bream, a species featured on Mr.Goodfish’s list of recommendations for this spring. Find the recipe on our website under the “Eat Responsibly” section.
