Let’s get started on Taste Week

As part of the 29th edition of Taste Week, events took place from October 10 to 13 at Nausicaá, featuring the Mr.Goodfish program alongside the Educational Department of the National Sea Center, the E.T.A.P.E.S. association, ANSES, and the Auchan Foundation for Youth.
On the afternoon of Wednesday, October 10, and on Saturday, October 13, activities and tastings were organized on the Nausicaá plaza and inside the Vaisseau, offering visitors the chance to learn all about sustainable aquaculture.
On Thursday, October 11, and Friday, October 12, school classes had the opportunity to discover aquaculture and treat their taste buds to samples of trout, mussels, and sea bass.
