A Look Back at Taste Week 2022

25 November 2022

If you missed our #SemaineduGout2022, you’ve come to the right place for a quick recap.

During this event, we teamed up with our chefs Mr.Goodfish and the National Academy of Cuisine to share recipes that are easy to make, innovative, and above all, seasonal! We did this through social media as well as at an event in Boulogne-sur-Mer, at the NAUSICAÁ aquarium.

For the edition titled “A Different Flavor for Every Cooking Method,” we focused on six species:

  • Whiting and Sea Bream
  • Scallops
  • Whelks, sea almonds, and mussels

In total, using these six species, we created 12 recipes and reached over 3,000 people. The event, along with our recipes, is available on our social media and our website!
