Stopover in Sète

2 August 2022

Check out the photo recap of the “Escale à Sète” event!

From April 15 to 18, Mr.Goodfish was in Sète for a public event focused on fishing: “Escale à Sète.”

Together with our partners, we raised awareness among visitors about responsible consumption of seafood. Boulogne-sur-Mer, La mer en direct, the socially conscious chef Mr.Goodfish and head chef at the Collège du Caraquet Hubert CLECH, artist Bruno GHYS, and many others joined us to engage with the public in Sète.

Our chefs really treated our taste buds!

The goal was also to introduce visitors to seafood from the North Sea:

  • Whelks
  • The weever
  • Flounder
  • Herring
