Mr.Goodfish3.0 signs the charter of the "Restore Our Oceans and Waters" Mission

6 May 2026

We are pleased to announce that the Mr.Goodfish 3.0 project has officially signed the Restore Our Ocean and Waters Mission Charter

What is the Mission Charter? It is a voluntary framework that invites stakeholders—including governments, research institutions, businesses, NGOs, and civil society—to take concrete action to restore and protect Europe’s oceans, seas, and freshwater ecosystems

This commitment is part of the European Union’s ambitious goals to restore and protect our oceans and waters by 2030.

A shared mission for a sustainable future

The “Restoring Our Oceans and Waters” mission focuses on three key objectives:

  • Protecting and restoring marine and freshwater ecosystems and biodiversity, in line with the EU Biodiversity Strategy to 2030.
  • Preventing and eliminating pollution in our oceans, seas, and waters, in line with the EU’s “Towards Zero Pollution” action plan.
  • Promote a sustainable and carbon-neutral blue economy, in line with the European Climate Law and the Strategy for a Sustainable Blue Economy.

By signing the mission charter, Mr.Goodfish3.0 is making a clear statement: protecting our oceans and waters is a priority. This step reinforces our efforts to implement sustainable solutions and inspire meaningful change.

We are excited to take concrete steps that contribute to a cleaner and healthier marine environment, every day.

Stay tuned and follow our journey! Don’t miss the latest updates on how we’re making a difference.
