Chef, what's for dinner?

6 May 2026

As part of the Innovation Mer et Littoral Festival organized by the Boulogne Développement agency, Mr.Goodfish is in the spotlight during the “Chef, what’s for dinner?” workshops

In these workshops organized by the Collectif Boulogne-sur-Mer, La Mer en Direct, and the Académie Nationale de Cuisine, species recommended by Mr.Goodfish are highlighted. Among them are hake and scallops.

The goal is to bring together professionals from the seafood industry (from fishermen to fishmongers) around an activity that brings people together: gastronomy.

Following the guidance of passionate chefs, guests participate in creating their own dishes while interacting with one another. A convivial moment rich in sharing!
